Cassie has over 10 years of counseling experience. She is driven by her passion for helping others and commitment to making a difference in people’s lives. She uses a patient-centered approach to empower patients to make informed decisions about their mental health and take proactive steps toward creating the life they want, one day at a time. To help patients manage their symptoms effectively, Cassie incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and coping strategies. Cassie believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in a positive, trusting relationship between patient and clinician. By building this connection, she helps patients increase self-awareness and develop the skills to live joyful, fulfilling lives. Outside work, Cassie enjoys biking, kayaking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Her passion for helping others inspires her to be a better clinician, mother, partner, and team player.
