Christy believes that managing mental health is vital to living a happy and fulfilling life. The treatment she provides is tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. She is passionate about implementing a holistic approach to care by utilizing both brief therapy and conservation pharmacological treatments in a comfortable environment. Christy prides herself on being both compassionate and thorough and strives to go above and beyond in providing optimal treatment by focusing on mind, body, and spirit.
Christy entered the field of mental health to support people who are experiencing difficulties in their life and to help them develop resilience, find stability, and overcome challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, camping, hiking, and going to the beach.
