Elizabeth has over two decades of experience supporting individuals on their journeys of healing and self-discovery. Her integrative, patient-centered approach draws from somatic modalities, psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks, trauma-informed care, and third-wave cognitive-behavioral models, such as acceptance and commitment therapy. Elizabeth incorporates mindfulness and emotional regulation practices to help patients cultivate a kind and curious relationship with themselves while grounding in their strengths and innate capacities. She finds inspiration in non-violent communication, where she helps individuals improve relationships and navigate conflict with empathy and clarity. Elizabeth has provided therapy in a wide range of cultural contexts and particularly enjoys working with highly sensitive individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, expats, spiritual seekers, and anyone longing for a deeper, more meaningful life. Elizabeth has always been someone who loves to dive deep and explore, whether it’s understanding herself, learning a new language, or connecting with others. Originally from California’s Central Coast, she spent much of her adult life in Europe and the Bay Area, along with several years in South America, which has deepened her understanding and empathy for our diverse human journeys. Now back on the coast where she was raised, Elizabeth loves to spend time with her family and teenage kids, hiking the bluffs or sinking her toes into warm sand. She brings a deep appreciation for personal growth, mindfulness, and embodiment practices, and finds joy in nature, meditation, and yoga.
