Heidi’s approach is rooted in psychodynamic depth work and guided by a humanistic perspective. She believes that being human involves continually understanding ourselves and finding our place in the world. Heidi views therapy as a shared exploration of each person’s individual experience. Together, she and her patients consider what it means to live with greater peace within themselves and in relation to the world around them, bringing curiosity and deeper understanding to that process.
Heidi remembers the first time genuinely feeling heard. It changed her view of the world and opened her understanding of what might be possible in life. That experience sparked an interest in psychology and it continues to inspire her appreciation for listening, human connection, and the possibilities for personal growth.
