Jabeen is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focused on an integrative, patient-centered approach to care. Jabeen’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion, integrating medication management with supportive therapy. Jabeen is guided by a belief that effective care begins with listening- meeting patients where they are, building trust, and creating a safe, respectful space for healing.
Jabeen’s path into mental health care was shaped by years of working closely with underserved communities, witnessing firsthand how deeply emotional well-being is intertwined with physical health and life circumstances. While caring for individuals living with HIV, experiencing homelessness, and navigating complex medical needs, Jabeen saw the profound impact of trauma, stigma, and untreated mental health conditions on overall health.
Outside of work, Jabeen enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends and her dog, Iggy.
