Janelle Norman (she/her) was drawn to the field of mental health by the passion of being able to help others by being present and a safe space. She works with authenticity, empathy, and humor to create a non-judgmental space where clients can confront their inner conflicts. She helps adults and families with addiction, attachment issues, body image, depression, eating disorders, grief, trauma, and substance use. Her warm, person-centered approach uses trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR therapy.
Janelle enjoys reading, watching movies, attending plays, and traveling in her free time. She also loves live music and is always looking to broaden her Spotify playlists.
