Jessica approaches each patient with respect, compassion, and a commitment to building a therapeutic alliance. She believes that healing begins with a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard and validated. Her guiding philosophy is that treatment works best when it is collaborative, patient-centered, and tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual. Her role is to empower patients, help them gain insight into their challenges, and support them in developing strategies to improve their well-being. Jessica sees herself not as someone who “fixes,” but as a partner who helps guide patients toward healing, growth, and self-efficacy.

Over the past 20 years in healthcare, as a bedside RN and now Nurse Practitioner, she’s seen firsthand how mental health crises can impact not only patients, but also their families and communities. She’s inspired most by the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives when they feel hopeless or misunderstood. Mental health is an area where empathy, patience, and presence can truly change outcomes—and that is what has kept her passionate about this work.
