Jordain’s approach to working with patients is centered on building trust and creating a relaxed, supportive space where people feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely valued. Her goal is to be a clinician patients trust and someone who listens not just to respond, but to truly understand. She values a collaborative approach, working together with patients so they feel actively involved in their care and confident when choosing a treatment plan that feels right for them.

Jordain’s passion for mental health care is deeply personal. Having faced her own challenges, she understands how isolating and overwhelming that experience can feel. That perspective allows her to connect with patients in a more meaningful way and reinforces her commitment to helping others feel less alone. She believes that when patients feel supported and included, it fosters empowerment, growth, and lasting change.

Outside of work, Jordain enjoys spending time with family, friends, her husband, and her cat, Remi. She loves traveling and exploring new places, as well as cozying up with a good book. She’s also a big Alabama Crimson Tide fan and enjoy cheering them on whenever she can.
