Mindpath College Health serves college and university students, faculty, and staff.
Kierstan’s approach is warm, collaborative, relational, and human. She draws from interpersonal and relational therapy, CBT, mindfulness, somatic work, and IFS, with a particular interest in helping high-achieving and neurodivergent people navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. She believes therapy is about more than managing symptoms; it’s about understanding yourself and your patterns more deeply, reconnecting with what matters, and creating a life that feels more like your own.
Kierstan has always been deeply curious about people, the stories we carry, the relationships that shape us, and how we find our way back to ourselves when life gets complicated. She is especially interested in the intersection of mental health, community, belonging, and the pressures of our increasingly fast-paced world.
Outside of the therapy space, Kierstan loves creating spaces for connection through groups and retreats, long dinner tables, traveling, running, being in nature, and finding good food in new places.
