Mariette credits her father as her greatest inspiration. He taught the importance of compassion, patience, and showing up for others. His compassion for others shaped her guiding philosophy: to be someone who listens deeply, supports without judgment, and meets every person with genuine respect. Outside of work, Mariette enjoys hiking, dancing, karaoke, cooking, and bicycling. These activities keep her grounded and reaffirm the importance of balance and play.
