Zoey is a caring, empathetic, patient, and thoughtful clinician who strives to help patients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. She takes an integrative, trauma-informed, and patient-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT while tailoring interventions to each person’s unique needs, goals, and pace. She believes therapy should provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to navigate life‘s challenges, build resilience, and grow into the version of themselves they hope to become.

Growing up in a supportive and harmonious family taught Zoey the value of healthy relationships, emotional safety, and feeling genuinely cared for. Those experiences inspired her passion for mental health work and shaped the way she connects with others as a clinician. Additionally, her own immigration experience gave her a deeper understanding of the challenges faced when adjusting to new environments, navigating cultural differences, and going through major life transitions. Outside of work, Zoey enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the gym, playing with her cat, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and cooking with her partner.
