Ravina (she/her) was drawn to a career as a therapist because she believes healing begins at the individual level and that compassionate, authentic relationships can create sustainable change. As a first-generation South Asian woman raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Ravina understands the complexities of identity, belonging and mental health systems. She enjoys working with adult clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, academic pressures, and the process of discovering who they are and who they want to become.
Ravina uses psychodynamic, trauma-focused, holistic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral (CBT), Attachment focused, and dialectical behavior (DBT) approaches to provide collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. She strives to create a brave space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore patterns, process trauma, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with their authentic voice. Ravina welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, gender and sexual identities, and cultural experiences.
Outside of clinical work, Ravina enjoys writing/performing poetry, engaging in art and community, and spending time with her two cats.
