See more cliniciansAbout
Rebecca’s approach to mental health care is collaborative and person-centered. She works closely with each individual to create a supportive, empowering space where they feel heard and valued. By tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs, Rebecca helps patients build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and face challenges with confidence. Her ability to foster a trusting, compassionate therapeutic relationship allows individuals to feel safe in their healing journey and make meaningful progress toward their goals. Rebecca draws from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), depending on what best fits the person. More than any specific technique, she prioritizes creating a space where people feel seen, understood, and supported. Rebecca was drawn to mental health care by a deep desire to sit with people through life’s most difficult moments and help them understand their experiences and move toward healing. Therapy is a meaningful relationship built on trust and connection. Outside work, Rebecca enjoys hiking, being in nature, reading psychological thrillers, crafting, and attending live music events.
