Dr. Robbyn Jackson (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who was drawn to the field of mental health through a genuine interest in understanding people, relationships, and how individuals make sense of their lived experiences. She is committed to creating a space where patients feel safe, supported, and truly understood. Dr. Robbyn enjoys working with college and graduate students and brings an appreciation for the unique academic, social, and personal challenges that often arise during this stage of life.
Dr. Robbyn uses psychodynamic, relational, strengths-based and CBT approaches, guided by a treatment philosophy that emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and building on each patient’s existing strengths. Her work explores how past experiences may influence present patterns while integrating insight-oriented work with creative hand-on problem-solving to support meaningful and lasting change. She works with students across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, loneliness, uncertainty about direction, family dynamics, and disordered eating and body image concerns.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Robbyn enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
