Shane has over five years of experience in the mental health field. His holistic approach uses medication management, meditation, and mindfulness. Shane found his passion for helping others while working as a grief counselor. Now, he is motivated to remove the stigma and normalize seeking treatment for mental health. A Florida native, Shane has traveled to five of seven continents, more than 37 countries, and about half of the U.S. states. He enjoys caring for orchids and has two rescue bulldogs.
