Stefanie (she/her) was drawn to mental health to support people through big moments of personal growth. She loves working with college students because she gets how tough higher education can be; it is a high-pressure time full of major life transitions, identity discovery, and shifting relationships. By validating these academic and social stressors, she helps students navigate this wild ride with more resilience.
Stefanie integrates Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), strength-based and trauma-focused therapies, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness within a collaborative framework. She specializes in anxiety, anger, OCD, family/relational conflict, women’s mental health, and LGBTQIA+ topics, helping clients build coping skills and boost self-esteem. Her approach comes with authenticity, compassion, humor, and a real drive to help you understand your emotions, process your past, and feel better daily.
Outside of sessions, she enjoys (easy!) outdoor adventures, snuggling her cat, practicing yoga, or reading fantasy novels.
