Stephanie (she/her) believes meaningful therapy begins with collaboration, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique lived experience. She is committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring both their challenges and strengths. Stephanie takes a strengths-based approach to care and integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, and relational approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. While empathetic and supportive, she is also a direct therapist who thoughtfully challenges clients to recognize patterns, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.
Stephanie was inspired to pursue a career in mental health after witnessing the stigma surrounding mental health in underrepresented communities and cultures. As the eldest daughter in a first-generation Mexican family, she understands the pressures of navigating expectations, breaking generational barriers, and finding one’s voice in spaces that have not always been inclusive. She believes that caring for our mental health lays the foundation for healing, resilience, and lasting personal growth.
Outside of the therapy room, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring all things related to health and wellness.
