Stephanie has an interactive and team-oriented approach to patient care. She actively participates in sessions, creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Stephanie views therapy as a shared process, where she brings her training, knowledge, and genuine care to help patients achieve their goals and feel better. Inspired by early volunteering experiences with the Special Olympics on a military base, she developed a passion for supporting individuals with diverse challenges. Early in her career, Stephanie worked with adolescent and young adult men, many gang-affiliated, in inner-city Chicago. Despite apparent differences, she found immense value in connecting on a human level, recognizing shared struggles and the universal need for support. Stephanie is committed to creating a safe, empathetic space for healing and growth.

What patients are saying
-
Stephanie is great!
-
I don’t think I’d have made it through the last year and improved my life without Stephanie. She is so kind and understanding. I am so grateful for her help. Means the world to me.
-
I honestly don’t think I could have survived myself if I hadn’t had help from Stephanie. She has advocated on my behalf for me to get the help I needed to stop being destructive to myself and potentially others because I have been outraged.
-
Stephanie actually listens to me and encourages me. She doesn’t mind hearing me ramble and tell her when I disappoint myself. I can tell her the real truth and not fear her shaming or doubting me. I am doing much better because of her.
