About
Taylor takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that each individual is the expert on their own experiences. Her work is informed by evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and strengths-based interventions. A key strength of Taylor’s approach is the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and authenticity. She is guided by the belief that healing occurs within a supportive connection, and works collaboratively with clients to develop insight, enhance coping skills, and foster resilience. Her goal is to help clients feel more confident, balanced, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
With an understanding of how valuable it is to feel heard, respected, and supported, Taylor is dedicated to providing a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences openly. She is committed to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship that promotes growth, healing, and lasting change. Outside of the clinical work, Taylor values spending time outdoors and staying connected to nature, whether that’s through walking, hiking, or simply enjoying fresh air. She also prioritizes quality time with family, as those relationships are an important source of balance and perspective in life. For fun, Taylor enjoys visiting local amusement parks and exploring new attractions, which she finds to be a great way to relax and embrace a sense of playfulness.
