About
Teresa’s approach to working with patients is collaborative, patient-centered, and compassionate. She strives to create a safe space where clients can navigate their struggles, feel heard, and recognize their own resilience. Her guiding philosophies are that everyone has a voice and deserves to be heard, that people often do not realize how strong they are until they have to be strong, and that therapy—and life—is about progress, not perfection.
Teresa was inspired to work in mental health by her desire to make a meaningful difference and give a voice to those who may not otherwise feel heard. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys reading, exploring lighthouses, and discovering new adventures.
