Tracy specializes in couples therapy, helping partners build secure emotional attachment and a lasting foundation of trust using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Through EFCT, she guides couples in breaking negative cycles, understanding each other’s deeper emotional needs, and rebuilding intimacy and connection. She also specializes in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a unique and effective approach that helps many clients find relief in as little as a few sessions, without the need to relive trauma or difficult experiences in depth.

Tracy’s journey was deeply influenced by her experience as a school counselor, where she played a key role in transforming a district-wide program from a traditional academic advising model into a comprehensive mental health support system. During this transformative period, she also balanced the meaningful role of raising her daughters. Driven by a passion to support others on a deeper level, she continued to expand her clinical expertise.
