Tyler helps clients overcome challenges in their life by using evidence-based strength and solution-focused approaches. He is compassionate and non-judgmental and offers practical therapeutic skills to use between sessions. Tyler decided to leave his career in tech and become a mental health therapist to be the change he wanted to see in the world. This big decision was influenced by the therapeutic experiences and challenges he had in his twenties with self-discovery, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and making big decisions.
Tyler brings a lot of myself into his therapeutic work. Clients will learn he’s a huge adventure fantasy nerd, a big fan of MythBusters, and grew up in a blue-collar single-mom family, and enjoys walking, road trips, making art, and reading.
