Dr. Ho strives to meet individuals and families where they are while providing a consistent therapeutic frame. Her role is to listen openly, understand each person’s unique experiences and goals, and help them gain greater insight into themselves and their challenges. Through this lens, she provides comprehensive evaluations, medication management, education, and evidence-based treatment recommendations to help individuals and families make informed decisions about their care. Dr. Ho aims to balance compassion with honesty and is committed to providing direct feedback and prioritizing safety, even when that involves difficult conversations. She hopes to create an environment where individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward their goals.
Outside of work, Dr. Ho is happiest when staying active. She loves immersing herself in different movement practices, from strength and flexibility work to spinning in the air. The rest of her free time is usually spent taking too many photos of her cats.
