Dr. Cohen is dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals across the lifespan. In her practice, Dr. Cohen integrates evidence-based psychiatry with a personalized understanding of each patient’s unique life circumstances. She values collaboration, ensuring that patients are active partners in creating treatment plans that may include thoughtful medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle considerations. Dr. Cohen has a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate stressful life transitions. Additionally, she is passionate about supporting women through the unique challenges of reproductive and perinatal mental health.
Dr. Cohen was inspired to pursue a career in psychiatry after witnessing beloved family members and friends struggle with mental illness. Those experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to seek help and for the importance of compassionate, individualized care.
Outside of work, Dr. Cohen finds joy in swimming, hiking, biking, gardening, and chasing after her two young children.
