Mindpath College Health serves college and university students, faculty, and staff.
Zac (he/him) chose to become a therapist because he wanted to help people develop wholesome, enjoyable, and meaningful lives. He enjoys working with college students because they’re at a critical learning stage, not only as it pertains to academics, but also relationships, recreation, and themselves.
Zac’s therapeutic approach is largely resiliency/positive psychology-focused, primarily through implementation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. He also leans heavily on Stoic Philosophy and Existential Therapy in my practice. He works best with people who are action-oriented, open-minded, and can receive constructive feedback.
Outside of work, he’s typically exploring the outdoors with loved ones and his service animal, Dougal.
