- All On Demand services are delivered through Zoom over a secure connection that complies with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
- Your safety and confidentiality are important to us. When connecting to the Virtual Waiting Room, please ensure you are not driving and are connecting from a private and confidential location. In the Virtual Waiting Room you will be connected with one of our On Demand representatives who will schedule your On Demand appointment with one of our clinicians.
