Our goal is to provide same-day care. However, operating hours and clinician availability may delay appointments until the next business day.
What if I can’t get an appointment?

Yes. We accept most commercial insurance plans.
What information do you need from me?
New patients should be ready to provide:
- Photo ID
- Insurance card
- Payment information
For current patients, our specialists will confirm your documentation is on file.
Can I continue with regular care after my Mindpath On Demand session?
Yes. Our goal is to make sure you have the follow–up care you need. Our specialist can help you schedule an appointment with an ongoing provider in addition to your On Demand session.
Can my current clinician provide treatment on Mindpath On Demand?
No. Our Mindpath On Demand clinicians are trained to assist with more immediate needs and provide support between regular appointments with your clinician.
What device can I use to connect with Mindpath On Demand?
You can use any Wi-Fi-enabled device with a camera and a microphone, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Do I have to be at home to connect with Mindpath On Demand?
No. As long as you are located within California or North Carolina you can connect with a provider. We do request that you connect from a safe and private location. Your clinician is required to document your location for emergency purposes.
