With over 20 years of experience in mental health, Melanie offers a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore their challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Her approach is rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of human behavior. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel truly heard and empowered to grow. She specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges using evidence-based approaches and strives to guide your therapeutic journey using compassion, expertise, and practical tools for lasting change.

Melanie was inspired to help people from an early age when she started volunteering at a Special Needs educational center. She volunteered as a teacher’s assistant in the high needs classroom. Once in high school, she became active in clubs and organizations that promoted volunteering opportunities in group homes and special needs settings. She became increasingly aware of the disparities in her own community, eventually becoming interested in psychology.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys painting with water colors, doodling, streaming music and shows. Her family loves camping, exploring nature, and visiting new cities.
