Stephanie’s clinical philosophy centers on a collaborative, patient-first model that blends sophisticated psychopharmacology with a deep commitment to building trust and rapport. With nearly 20 years of providing compassionate, evidence-based care, she has specialized in the treatment of complex trauma, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use. Stephanie has also dedicated much of her career to serving veterans and underserved rural communities. Whether in-person or via telehealth, her goal is to empower patients through clear communication and individualized treatment plans that support long-term mental wellness.
Stephanie was inspired to work in mental health by a desire to provide a compassionate voice for those navigating life’s most complex challenges. Her passion lies in de-stigmatizing mental health and witnessing the transformation that occurs when a patient feels truly heard and supported. Outside of work, she finds balance through painting and playing the ukulele. She is originally from Wisconsin, which brings a touch of Midwestern heart to the vibrant, well-rounded life she strives to help patients achieve.
