O’sha’s approach to working with patients is collaborative, supportive, and growth oriented. She believes that meaningful change happens when individuals feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their own care. One of O’sha’s core strengths is active listening. She works to fully understand each patient’s unique perspective and lived experience. At the same time, she brings a balance of empathy and assertiveness, helping patients gently challenge unhelpful patterns and move toward healthier ways of thinking and behaving. She tailors these techniques to each individual, helping patients build practical coping skills, regulate emotions, and reframe the stories they tell about themselves.

O’sha was inspired to work in mental health from a deep curiosity about understanding people and a personal journey of exploring her own mental health. These experiences helped her develop empathy, insight, and a strong commitment to supporting others as they navigate their own challenges and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, reading, roller skating, and indoor rock climbing. She also values spending quality time with loved ones and her dog, keeping life fun and grounded. She believes that maintaining balance and engaging in meaningful activities are important parts of overall well-being.
