About
Danlu is a purpose-driven clinician dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families heal, grow, and build resilience. With extensive experience across private practice and high-acuity clinical settings, her approach is deeply collaborative, open-minded, and tailored to each patient’s unique story. Her clinical toolkit integrates evidence-based techniques, including CBT, DBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Guided by her personal faith, she welcomes the opportunity to integrate spiritual frameworks for patients who desire a holistic approach to healing.
As an international student moving from China years ago, Danlu’s personal journey shaped her deep appreciation for cross-cultural dynamics, identity navigation, and the unique challenges faced by immigrant families. This sparked a deep clinical curiosity and a purpose-driven desire to become a bridge for others. She aims to create a safe space where individuals could feel fully seen and supported without judgment. Outside of her practice, Danlu’s greatest joy is spending time with family. You can usually find her hiking outdoors, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or unwinding with a good book. Navigating her own bustling household gives her a very real, down-to-earth appreciation for family dynamics, which fuels her passion for helping other parents and kids thrive together.
