About
Crystal is a bilingual psychotherapist fluent in English and Mandarin, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families across different stages of life. At the heart of her work is a deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. She is there to listen without judgment, support patients through challenges, and empower them to reconnect with their best self. She works collaboratively with patients to identify strengths, explore unhelpful patterns, understand emotional triggers, and nurture self-awareness and self-confidence.
Crystal was first drawn to this field by a deep curiosity about why we feel, act, and love the way we do, and how we find meaning in struggle. Early experiences witnessing the quiet resilience of people facing emotional pain, combined with her own journey of self-discovery, showed her that healing happens best in connection with someone who truly listens. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to honor that belief: to walk alongside others as they reclaim their sense of self, purpose, and belonging.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Crystal on a tennis court or volunteering in her community. She’s an avid reader of life philosophies, which constantly shape how she understands suffering, choice, and growth.
