About
Lucy primarily focuses on using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. She believes in creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space for people to feel safe. Lucy thinks it is important to recognize that each person has different needs and expectations when coming to therapy and believes that as a clinician, learning should be a constant process and that we should never stop growing.
Lucy was inspired to work in mental health to create an environment for others where they can process, heal, and grow. She is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and is dedicated to helping individuals feel empowered. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, reading, being outside, and watching reality TV.
