She believes meeting the patient where they are in life is vital and approaches her work with a solution-focused manner, while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral techniques. She is committed to creating a space where healing, resilience, and transformation can unfold with dignity and support.
With over 20 years of inpatient and outpatient social work experience, Natasha’s mission is to create a supportive space where healing, resilience, and personal growth can unfold with dignity, guidance, and compassion. She believes transformation is possible even during life’s most difficult seasons.
A North Carolina native, Natasha considers herself a foodie and enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, and never misses an episode of Real Housewives.
