About
Isa’s primary goal is to create an open space where patients feel safe to be themselves. She finds joy in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, discover their inner strength, and learn practical skills to genuinely improve their quality of life. Rather than just looking at symptoms, she takes a holistic approach to therapy. She views patients as a whole person, which means exploring all the pieces of their unique puzzle—including sleep habits, relationships, and nutrition—to see how they impact their well-being.
Isa was inspired to work in mental health as a teenager, going to counseling and working through her own challenges. She knew it was her calling to help others process and cope with life’s challenges, and to this day, fulfills her and gives a sense of purpose. As a proud Latina, she is passionate about providing culturally responsive care and can offer therapy fluently in both English and Spanish.
Outside of the therapy space, Isa enjoys spending time with her husband, baby, and pets. She also loves diving into a good book, catching a funny or thrilling movie, treating herself to a boba tea, and exploring the Sacramento area with her family.
