About
Mindpath College Health serves college and university students, faculty, and staff.
Phillip’s approach to therapy is rooted in collaboration, mutual respect, and meeting clients exactly where they are. Recognizing that every client is unique, he provides a safe, non-judgmental space centered on active, empathetic listening to ensure they feel truly heard and validated. Professionally, Phillip utilizes tailored, evidence-based techniques to help clients navigate this pivotal life transition. His role is to support and empower clients to overcome challenges, with the ultimate goal of equipping them with the tools and confidence to eventually take a healthy break from therapy.
Phillip’s path to becoming a therapist was deeply inspired by his own time on the client side of the couch. Realizing that his personal journey in therapy was not a hindrance, but a powerful asset, allows him to deeply understand the vulnerability, courage, and perspective of the person sitting in the room.
Outside of work, Phillip values balance. He loves spending time with family and friends, watching sports, or playing video games. He’s had a wide range of hands-on and creative passions and also has a strong background in performing arts, including theater, improv, and stand-up comedy.
