Blair (she/her) values compassion, curiosity, and connection; she is energized when given the opportunity to support others and process life challenges with the intention of making a positive impact on their future. She is passionate about helping college students and young adults as they navigate new seasons of life, optimize their mental health, and develop tools and skills to carry them beyond therapy.
Blair is an eclectic therapist integrating acceptance and commitment therapy techniques of values-driven work to help patients break unhelpful patterns and move toward the life they envision. She also incorporates dialectical behavioral, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies to empower patients to make meaningful behavior-driven progress toward their goals. Blair creates a safe, supportive space where individuals feel understood, validated, and challenged when needed. She believes in resilience and helps patients strengthen their confidence in themselves. Blair has experience working with people experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bereavement, and self-esteem issues.
In her free time, Blair enjoys reading thrillers and romantic comedies, relaxing at the beach, discovering new coffee shops, experimenting with recipes while hosting friends, traveling, and rewatching New Girl and Schitt’s Creek.
