Gabrielle’s (she/her) approach emphasizes recognizing a client’s strengths, developing compassion for their challenges, and collaborating with clients to develop skills to help them achieve their goals. Gabrielle understands vulnerability can be difficult, which is why she begins each therapeutic relationship by creating a trusted alliance and safe environment. Gabrielle enjoys working with first-generation students and the challenges that can arise from this experience. She is passionate about working with clients facing challenges involving trauma, anxiety, family conflict, relationship issues, self-harm, and sexual trauma.
Gabrielle uses a trauma-informed approach, emphasizing CBT, and solution-focused. She aims to help clients process emotions, create new thought patterns, and become the healthiest versions of themselves.
Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys travelling, going to see a play, and enjoying the best food LA has to offer.
