Anne (she/her) is a person-centered therapist who works with young adults and college students who want to better their mental health. Her goal is to help people live fully, intentionally, and purposefully. Anne is passionate about supporting young adults through life changes, deepening their understanding of their mental health, and developing skills and strategies they can use to live a happier, fuller life.
Anne strives to work with clients at their pace in a calm and supportive space. She uses a collaborate approach to help clients meet their goals using cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior, and mindfulness techniques. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and women’s health issues. Anne also supports individuals get connected to desired services, offer support, and ensuring clients have the appropriate level of care during triage appointments.
In her free time, Anne enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and sons.
