Lucy (she/her) was drawn to the mental health field through genuine interest and passion in helping individuals create meaningful ways to connect with themselves. Lucy’s approach to patient care is collaborative, and she views therapy as a partnership, where the patient’s voices and choices are central. Lucy enjoys working with college and graduate students as she understands the complexities of academic, social, and personal challenges that may surface during this stage of their lives.
Lucy’s guiding philosophy is to create a safe and empowering environment where patients feel supported in exploring their challenges and discovering new paths toward growth and healing. Lucy uses an eclectic approach to therapy in order to suit patient needs, but especially enjoys using a psychodynamic, CBT, feminist, and relational-based approach to help patients work through challenges and build on strengths in a collaborative manner. Lucy works with students and adults across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, uncertainty, inner-child work, and self-esteem/self-worth.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys reading, trying new coffee shops, playing pickleball, and playing with her two cats, Azul and Luka!
