Adrienne (she/her) was drawn to the mental health field through a deep interest in how relationships, family experiences, and life transitions shape emotional well-being. As college students navigate increasing independence, changing relationships, academic demands, and questions about their values and sense of self, Adrienne provides a supportive space for exploration and healing.
Adrienne uses a relational, family systems, trauma-informed, strengths-based, mindfulness-based, approach to therapy and is EMDR trained. Her treatment philosophy is grounded in the belief that greater self-awareness and connection can foster meaningful and lasting change. She has particular expertise in working with relational trauma, PTSD, and the lasting effects of abuse and neglect. Adrienne also supports clients exploring the intersection of faith, spirituality, and identity, including those processing religious trauma or reevaluating long-held beliefs. She views EMDR as a valuable tool for helping clients move beyond beliefs that no longer serve them and develop healthier, more adaptive ways of relating to themselves and others.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys going to the beach, practicing yoga, and creating art and pottery.
