Lauren believes that people’s experiences, relationships, and environment shape their identities. She provides a validating, trauma-informed, and safe space for patients to explore their identity and growth. Lauren uses an integrative approach, tailoring her therapeutic methods to meet each patient’s unique needs. She is passionate about creating an authentic therapeutic experience that empowers individuals to discover their true selves and achieve lasting change. Lauren has worked with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide array of diagnoses and functional challenges. Her experience includes supporting at-risk youth in foster care and group home settings and offering clinical interventions for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in adults and adolescents.
