Angel has spent over 12 years in the mental health field and is passionate about helping people improve their overall well-being by connecting the mind, body, and spirit. She uses evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, the Gottman Method, and emotionally focused therapy to support individuals and couples as they navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. Angel believes that “it’s all about relationships” and works to help her patients build stronger connections with themselves, their loved ones, and their communities. Angel’s personal journey of overcoming hardships has shaped her belief in resilience, hope, and the importance of building a life full of supportive relationships and passions. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, running, cooking, traveling with her husband, finding the best local coffee shops, binge-watching Netflix series, and hosting family gatherings.
