I bring nearly two decades of experience to the Mindpath Health leadership team, where I currently serve as Chief People Officer. Over my 19 years with Mindpath Health, I’ve had the opportunity to help scale the organization in many different capacities. My passion lies in creating an exceptional employee experience and ensuring our core values come to life at every level as we grow. I’ve seen firsthand how the People function can have a far-reaching impact—supporting employees, shaping culture, and ultimately driving meaningful change within Mindpath Health and in patient lives across the communities we serve. I earned my MBA from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, which, combined with my experience, fuels my commitment to building high-performing teams. Outside work, I love making memories with my kids, hiking with my husband (from Everest Base Camp to the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim), and getting lost in a good book.
