Donna has over 30 years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. Her approach is collaborative and patient-centered, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space for healing. Donna has specialized training in treating binge eating and is a certified facilitator of the Am I Hungry? program. She integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure and response prevention to meet the unique needs of each person. Donna has experience providing mental health care in residential treatment, public schools, therapeutic day programs, behavioral health hospitals, and outpatient counseling centers. She was drawn to the field of social work at an early age, shaped by family values of compassion, service, and community. Outside work, Donna enjoys antiquing, crafting, golfing, and exploring the outdoors. She especially loves traveling and camping with her husband and their dogs.
