Olivia helps individuals gain self-awareness, insight, and confidence to become the best version of themselves. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where patients feel supported in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Olivia draws from various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, attachment-based, culturally sensitive, integrative, person-centered, psychodynamic, strengths-based, and trauma-focused therapies. She also incorporates mindfulness, relaxation practices, and art therapy techniques into sessions to help individuals better understand and manage their mood, behaviors, and values. Olivia deeply values connection and brings her whole self into her work. She felt called to the helping profession from a young age – after listening to a classmate in need during recess, she discovered the power of empathy and presence. That early experience, combined with a fascination for psychology in high school, led her to pursue this path. Outside work, Olivia enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her dogs, exploring new places, and nurturing her mental and physical well-being. She has a passion for music, true crime, different cultures, and meaningful conversations.
