Dr. Gaurav Sekhon believes in listening to the patient to establish durable trust. It’s important to work as a team when creating a treatment plan, ensuring the patient is educated and aware of the risk / benefit profile. He supports cognitive flexibility to help his patients make healthy decisions on their own terms, while guiding them through the process.Dr. Sekhon was drawn to the field of mental health to help those who want to be understood. He believes that people can thrive when they have a strong support team and he looks forward to building a productive relationship with his patients. In his free time, Dr. Sekhon enjoys music from the 1990s and early 2000s, particularly Bay Area hip-hop artists. His guiding philosophy is, “it’s all about love.”
