Dr. Glover’s approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care, including both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. She strives to build strong therapeutic alliances where patients feel safe, heard, and respected. She’s an active listener and tailors treatment to each person’s needs, using CBT principles, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic techniques, and medication management. Dr. Glover views patients holistically, beyond diagnosis, and strives to empower them in their recovery. Her philosophy blends clinical rigor with compassion, emphasizing autonomy, insight, and long-term well-being.
Dr. Glover was drawn to mental health by a deep curiosity about the human mind and a desire to support people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Witnessing the impact of stigma and lack of access to care in my community inspired her to pursue psychiatry. Outside of work, she enjoys creative writing, and exploring different cultures through travel and food.
