Kristen believes each patient comes to care with their own individual set of needs as well as coping skills. She believes in employing a patient-centered approach and listening to each individual leads to the best treatment plans. She is board certified in both psychiatry and family medicine as a Nurse Practitioner, which allows for a holistic approach to care.
Kristen started her career in international public health. Working and living outside of the US developed her appreciation of diverse cultures and languages. When she isn’t working, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, crafting and spending time with friends and family. She finds creative projects to be a great way to unwind and recharge.
