Sarishma provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. With over 10 years of experience in mental health, she believes in a holistic approach that integrates psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions to support each person’s unique mental health journey. Sarishma strives to create a safe, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve lasting well-being.
Sarishma was inspired to work in mental health due to her strong desire to help others and to make a lasting difference in someone’s life. It’s important for her to provide the best care for her patients, as it is how she would want her family and loved ones to be treated.
When she is not working, you can find Sarishma spending quality time with family, friends, and her two cats (Bougie and Kimchi). She loves traveling and experiencing the world with husband via cruising. Any opportunity she gets, she is on a cruise exploring different countries and learning about new cultures.
